President Trump’s second administration has already announced huge changes in the scope and priorities of the federal government, and he’s promising more to come in his first Address to a Joint Session of Congress since re-taking the presidency.

WPR News will broadcast NPR’s Live Special Coverage of Trump’s address starting at 8 p.m. Coverage will include the president’s speech and the Democratic Party response followed by analysis from the NPR Politics team and other NPR correspondents and guests. Ari Shapiro will host.
