WPT’s Here and Now Special on Race and Social Justice

Wisconsin Public Television’s “Here and Now” will devote this week’s entire show to the topic of race and social justice. The show will be an extended dialogue with community leaders, including Madison Police Chief Mike Koval; Michael Johnson, CEO for the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County; Rachel Krinsky, CEO of the Madison YWCA; and Everett Mitchell, pastor of Christ the Solid Rock Baptist Church and Director of UW-Madison Community Relations. It’s our hope that this sort of dialogue will be revealing and help bring greater understanding to the complex, deeply divisive issues facing our community, state and country.
