The Bureau of Indian Affairs has given the St. Croix and Bad River tribes a tentative thumbs-up for their application to have an off-reservation casino in Beloit.Even though many hurdles remain to be cleared, Mike Simonson reports that the Bad River tribe is keeping its fingers crossed, hoping for approval in the next year.
