State looks for grant to save crime money

Judges and prosecutors in Milwaukee are hoping a federal grant will help turn crime statistics around and make the county court system a laboratory for cutting edge policies designed to save taxpayer dollars that are now spent on locking people up. Gilman Halsted reports.
