State Supreme Court considers transfer of cases between county and tribal courts

The state Supreme Court is considering a case that challenges the interpretation of a new law that allows the transfer of civil cases from county to tribal courts.At issue is whether a tribal court should have jurisdiction over a dispute between a tribal employer andits non tribal employee.
