Wisconsin grandmothers reach out to overworked grandparents in Uganda

About a dozen people in Milwaukee are packed aid supplies and headed back to Uganda Tuesday. They’re part of a one-hundred-person group called “Grandmothers Beyond Borders.” The group is trying to help grandmothers in Africa, who are taking care of youngsters orphaned by the AIDS epidemic.
