A nearly 2-year phase-out of arsenic-laced lumber ends January first. Concerns about cancer prompted manufacturers of the pressure treated wood to slowly ease it out of the market. But it will still be sold for awhile and can be found in millions of fences, decks and play-sets. Shamane Mills reports…
