- 8 -10 cloves of garlic, minced
- Approximately 1/2 pint honey

Put the minced garlic in the bottom of a half-pint jar, fill the rest of the jar with honey. Then, set the jar near a south-facing window. Throughout the next month you’ll see garlic juice releasing into the honey. Once it a month has passed, it is ready to use.
