Governor Scott Walker has declared a State of Emergency in about 30 southern Wisconsin counties, in anticipation of blizzard conditions tonight and tomorrow. The largest snowfall in the stateis expected to be in Southeastern Wisconsin.Chuck Quirmbach reports.
