Two suspects have been identified in a quadruple murder investigation in Dunn County. The announcement comes days after a farmer in the Town of Sheridan found an abandoned SUV with four dead bodies in a cornfield.

A press release from the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office states that warrants were issued Wednesday afternoon for 56-year-old Darren Lee McWright (Osborne) of St. Paul, Minnesota, and 37-year-old Antoine Darnique Suggs, who is believed to be in the Twin Cities.

The release said McWright was arrested by the St. Paul Police Department and is being held in the Ramsey County Jail.

Dunn County Sheriff Kevin Bygd is asking for any information about Suggs’ location.

“Suggs should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached,” said Bygd.

On Sunday, a farmer called 911 after finding an abandoned, black SUV in a standing cornfield near the rural village of Wheeler. Officers found the bodies of Nitosha Lee Flug-Presley, 30; Matthew Isiah Pettus, 26; Loyace Foreman III, 35; and Jasmine Christine Sturm, 30, inside.

During a press conference Wednesday, Bygd said all the victims had been shot. He said two of the victims were brother and sister and investigators believe the other two were dating. None of them had connections to Dunn County. The sheriff said it appeared those responsible for the crimes brought the SUV and victims to Dunn County at random.

Bygd didn’t say whether the victims were killed in Dunn County or killed elsewhere and transported to the final location.
