We talk with the heads of the area’s two health systems, Mayo and Gundersen, about the still evolving process of converting a traditional medical center to places that are responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. We talk about how a regional food bank is holding up. We talk with a local farmer about the impact the coronavirus is having on farmers.
