We examine homelessness outreach efforts and resources within the state as the COVID-19 pandemic continues and as residents begin to experience colder temperatures. A Wausau police officer, Milwaukee outreach specialist, and the head of the Wisconsin Interagency Council on Homelessness joins us for our conversation.
