Democrats, Republicans clash over state tax credit for health savings

Businesses that move to Wisconsin from other states and residents who use health savings accounts would get tax breaks under measures that cleared the legislature’s budget panel yesterday. While Republicans are billing the plans as job creators, Democrats say they only dig the state’s budget hole deeper. Shawn Johnson reports.
