Walker to call National Guard in case of unrest

Governor Scott Walker wants the legislature to move quickly on his plan to take away the rights of state and local workers to bargain over their benefits.In a sign of the plan’s gravity, Walker says he’s discussed government “contingency plans” with the state national guard.Shawn Johnson reports.
