Advocates for senior citizens say property taxes are going up

Advocates for Senior Citizens say the elderly and low income people will pay more in property taxes under a budget passed last year by the Wisconsin Legislature. They say the Homestead Tax Credit is being lowered in favor of tax cuts for big business. Patty Murray reports.
