UW Students to Vote on Referendum Supporting Iraqi Students

Next month, UW Madison students can show if they’d help put up money for bringing Iraqi students to campus.Backers of the idea say a slight increase in tuition could bring anywhere from two to five scholars from that country to finish their degrees here.Brian Bull reports…
