Traffic Deaths Up, Crashes Down

The number of traffic crashes in Wisconsin is down but the number of fatalities has increased.That statistic continues to frustrate transportation officials who are holding Regional Traffic Safety Summits this week.Mary Jo Wagner was at the one in Eau Claire.
