State workers who serve in the national guard or reserves often take a pay cut. Wisconsin has been helping to close the financial gap. But that benefit has run out for some who are serving longer than expected.So Governor Doyle is extending the length of time soldiers get a paycheck comparable to what they would recieve at their state jobs.Shamane Mills reports…
