Most people don’t know how to prevent stroke or limit its effects with medication. That’s according to many doctors who work with stroke victims.And worst of all, many victims don’t know they having a stroke, so they don’t get help before damage is done. Now there’s a statewide education effort to change that. It’s called Wisconsin Stroke Alert. Shamane Mills reports…
