Thousands of Latino business owners are gathering in Milwaukee this week for a national convention of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.Federal Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez will speak there Friday.The event comes as the number of Latino-owned businesses in Wisconsin continues to rise.Chuck Quirmbach reports…
