There’s a state effort to boost consumption of locally produced food. Currently, less than 1-percent of Wisconsin’s agricultural products are sold directly to consumers. Recently farmers in southwestern Wisconsin tried to secure a steady stream of customers by getting their goods on restaurant menues. Shamane Mills reports….
