Law Students Join Filing For Surveillance Information Request

Gay rights groups across the country are worried about reports that the Penatgon is spying on groups that oppose the military’s “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” policy . A group of UW Law School students have joined more than a dozen gay rights groups across the county in filing a Freedom of Information request to find out which groups are being watched, and whether the secret surveillance is legal.
