About 300 people who received citations at a so-called rave concert in Racine last month have pleaded not guilty. The partygoers wrapped up their initial court appearances today. Many will apparentlyjoin the A-C-L-U in a constitutional challenge to the Racine ordinance behind the tickets unless city officials back down. Chuck Quirmbach filed this report.
