Governor Jim Doyle is making more stops around the state, promoting a plan to make the state more energy independent.In Appleton Wednesday, he likened the boom in renewable fuels to Wisconsin’s dairy renaissance of the early 20th century.The governor says the state can position itself as a leader in the development of wind energy, ethanol…and technologies that haven’t been developed yet.Patty Murray reports…
