A sanctuary outside of Antigo is treating wild bald eagles for West Nile Virus.There’s no medicinal cure for it, but volunteers who run the “Raptor Education Group” have managed to rehabilitate some of the birds to the point they can be released.Now, the shelter is using high-tech tracking devices to monitor the eagles in the wild to see if the effects of West Nile change their behavior.It’s the only post-release tracking program of its kind in North America.Patty Murray reports…
