A day ago an Edvest manager reported investors pulled more money out of the college savings program than they put in during the first part of November…calling it a sign investors are nervous about allegations against Strong Capital Management.
But two big announcements today could bring investors back. Namely, the resignation of Dick Strong and an agreement reached with the company allowing non-Strong investment options in Edvest.
