A new federal rule banning the sale of food products containing hemp oil or seeds has sparked a new debate over legalizing the cultivation of the industrial version of marijuana. Advocates for industrial hemp have challenged the hemp foods rule. A federal appeals court in California is scheduled to hear arguments in the case today. Gil Hasted reports.
