More than two-thirds of Wisconsin was under an air quality advisory Wednesday and Thursday.The Department of Natural Resources warned of a lot of particulate matter in the air.Particulates are better known as “soot.”Coal fired power plants are one source of the pollution.Two environmental groups are going after an older plant in Green Bay they contend is “making people sick.”Patty Murray reports…
