Bush Proposes Clean Water Cut, Sewage Districts Ponder Options

The Bush Administration wants to slice hundreds of millions of
dollars from a fund that pays for water quality improvement projects.
The move comes as sewage treatment districts are looking for new streams of revenue to pay for projects around the Great Lakes and in other regions.
