The utility WE Energies plans to sell the Point Beach Nuclear Plant to Florida-based FPL Energy.If the deal goes through, it would put both nuclear power plants in Wisconsin under the control of out-of-state firms.But WE Energies says selling Point Beach would benefit ratepayers.
