Baiting, Feeding Ban Hits Bow Hunters First

A new ban on baiting and feeding deer takes affect on Thursday. The Natural Resources Board approved the emergency rule to prevent the spread of Tuberculosis and Chronic Wasting Disease in the state’s deer herd. Gil Halsted has more.
