Wisconsin Democrats hold public hearings over proposed changes to Medicaid

Federal officials have Wisconsin’s plan for Medicaid saving.They have to approve the proposed changes by the end of the year before they can be implemented. Democratic state lawmakers are using the time to hold additional public hearings on a proposal they don’t like. Shamane Mills reports.
