Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Romaine lettuce
- 3 slices of bacon (I cut mine in half)
- 1 pear
- 1 Honeycrisp apple
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup Poppy Seed or other Salad Dressing

- Chop the bacon up into small pieces and then cook them until they’re golden brown. Remove from heat and drain on paper towel.
- Next, wash and chop romaine lettuce
- Dice pear and apple into small chunks
- Place lettuce in a large bowl and then add the pear, apple, bacon, walnuts, dried cranberries, and Gorgonzola cheese, and toss them well.
- Drizzle on favorite dressing and give it another good toss.
