Blizzard conditions for parts of northern Wisconsin

The Leap Day Storm is closing some highways and dropping more than a foot of snow across parts of northern and north central Wisconsin today.In Duluth, a blizzard warning is in effect until 6 p.m.That’s where Mike Simonson files this report.
