In June, WPR announced the difficult decision to end production of four locally-produced programs, “To the Best of Our Knowledge,” “BETA,” “Zorba Paster On Your Health” and “University of the Air.” “We’re incredibly proud of these shows and everyone who worked on them,” WPR Chief Content Officer Noah Ovshinsky said. Final episodes of each program are scheduled for broadcast on the weekend of Sept. 27 and 28; they will also be available on wpr.org.

“BETA” will air a special Wisconsin-focused final episode on WPR News stations on Saturday, Sept. 27, at 10 a.m. and Sunday, Sept. 28, at 11 a.m. It can also be heard on WPR Music stations on Saturday, Sept. 27 at 4 p.m. “Zorba Paster On Your Health” will air a special final broadcast on WPR News stations on Saturday, Sept. 27 at 1 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 28 at 6 p.m. The final broadcast of “University of the Air” will be on Sunday, Sept. 28, at 4 p.m. on WPR News stations.
