Green Bay Packers fans are taking Sunday night’s playoff loss to the Atlanta Falcons in stride.
At Charlie Tuna’s Hammer Inn – a neighborhood bar 2 miles from Lambeau Field – supporters gathered to watch the team vie for the NFC Championship.
The final score of 44-21 was surprising to local Randy Herr who wasn’t impressed with the Packers’ performance.

“Like crap actually,” he said. “Atlanta surprised me. Not their offense. I expected them to score like they did, but I thought the Packers would score a lot, you know, it would be a shootout like their last game was.”
Dennis Zuleger was happy the team made it to the playoffs, considering a mid-season losing streak that many thought had sealed their fate.
“I wish we would have won, that’s all I can say,” Zuleger said. “We did well but we got this far.”
If the Packers had won, it would have been their fifth trip to the Super Bowl. Instead, the Falcons will face the New England Patriots on Sunday, Feb. 5, in Houston.
