Wisconsin residents gather in memory of famed Hmong leader

A memorial service was held over the weekend in central Wisconsin for General Vang Pao, the man who led Hmong soldiers during the Vietnam War, and then led his people to resettle in America. Glen Moberg attended the event, and produced this report.
