UW-Whitewater professor emeritus DeWitt Clinton’s sixth poetry book “When & If” is about coping with personal feelings — a departure from his earlier works. Beneath the topical through line of fear associated with the Covid-19 pandemic, Clinton grieves the loss of his beloved wife of 48 years.
