Minors in Wisconsin would be barred from accessing some gender-affirming healthcare under a Republican proposal in the state Legislature. A state agency allocated $2 million dollars in federal funds to the University of Wisconsin System to improve reading instruction, but it was never spent. Corinne Hess will report.
