An apartment fire in Milwaukee that killed five people may have been caused by an intentional act. A federal grand jury indicted a Milwaukee County judge. Prosecutors say she helped a man evade arrest by federal immigration authorities. And, big tech companies behind data center projects in Wisconsin are set to receive millions from taxpayers.
