Wisconsin share of ARPA funds lags behind other states

The Wisconsin share of the American Rescue Plan Act relief funds totaled almost $5 billion. While substantial, a new report from the Wisconsin Policy Forum found that the state’s share lagged behind many others. We discuss the ARPA funds allocation with the report’s research director.
