Wisconsin voters in April overwhelmingly approved a controversial constitutional amendment that alters state law by providing stronger protections for alleged victims of crimes. But implementing the new rules has been complicated for local prosecutors, defense attorneys and judges in the days that followed. Shereen Siewert welcomes Marathon County Circuit Judge Mike Moran and Marathon County District Attorney Theresa Wetzsteon for a discussion on the far-reaching impacts of Marsy’s Law, and the resulting changes in courtrooms across the region.
