Jackson County Elk Reintroduction Update
On August 20, a couple of dozen elk were released from a holding pen to the Jackson State Forest near Black River Falls. This is an updated interview from a show in May that highlighted the reintroduction of elk to Jackson County, something that’s been in the works for years. The elk herd is the second in Wisconsin.
