As the costs of rent and mortgages continue to set records, we’re taking a closer look at affordable housing on this week’s “Newsmakers.” Joining us are representatives from Habitat for Humanity La Crosse Area, Hope Restores, Cia Siab and Couleecap. We talk about barriers to home ownership, access to affordable rent and what programs might be able to help those in need.
