Imagine not knowing whether every member of your household would have enough food to eat today. Well, nearly one out of five US households experienced that uncertainty at some point in 2021. Now, as 2022 draws to a close, “Newsmakers” is looking at food insecurity in the Coulee Region. First, we’ll talk about what’s available through government programs like FoodShare. Then, find out how the WAFER Food Pantry is helping hungry households this holiday season.
