Western Wisconsin’s arts and cultural organizations are among those struggling to make ends meet in the wake of an international pandemic. Today on Newsmakers, we’re talking about how COVID-19 is affecting three such organizations in the Coulee Region. We’ll hear from the Pump House Regional Arts Center, the La Crosse Community Theater, and Norskedalen Nature and Heritage Center.
