This week on “Newsmakers,” we’re getting outdoors for some winter activities. First, Westby’s Snowflake Ski Club is celebrating its 100th anniversary by hosting the annual ski jump tournament on Feb. 3 and 4. We’ll hear about the club’s history and learn how they’re training the next generation of jumpers. Then we’ll do some winter bird watching with wildlife biologist and ornithologist, Jeanette Kelly from the Beaver Creek Reserve in Fall Creek.
