A recent proposal by the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors would require menstrual products be freely available in two Milwaukee County buildings restrooms. If this passes it would be a success for the menstrual equity movement. We discuss what prompted the proposal, why there is a need for this action and what the menstrual equity movement is.
