Stephanie Elkins interviews Cheryl Bensman-Rowe, co-Artistic Director of the Madison Early Music Festival (MEMF), and Joan Kimball and Bob Wiemken, members of Piffaro, The Renaissance Band, who are performing for the festival. The theme for 2015 is “Slavic Discoveries: Early Music from Eastern Europe” and it runs July 11 through July 18.
