Norman welcomes Victor Gorodinsky, David Cooper and Galina Dement’eva from The Balalaika and Domra Association of America. Their 2012 convention will be hosted by the University of Wisconsin Russian Folk Orchestra. They will be presenting a Russian festival concertwith a 100 piece orchestra on July 13th at the Middleton Performing Arts Center.
